Combining classical practices such as body and breath sensing, quiet sitting and yoga nidra with outdoor practices taken from the Vijñāna Bhairava, an early Tantric text of Kashmir Shaivism, we will come to experience everyday life as an expression of the Absolute.

9:30-noon Morning Gathering: Body Sensing, Yoga Nidra, etc.

3:30pm Afternoon Gathering: Indoor and outdoor practices
6:00pm Dinner
7:30pm Chant or Poetry and/or Quiet Sitting
