yoga nidra: breath of life
A quiet practice homing in on the gift of breath that sustains form, its eventual ceasing, that which preceded it and that which will remain. There is a little bit of “clicking” at the beginning of the recording. It stops after about a minute or two.
yoga nidra: everything is changing, la la la…
Everything we can see, hear, smell, taste or perceive changes. When we resist this reality, we suffer. The recording begins with a short talk on the changing nature of the phenomenal world and the simultaneously ever-present steady-unchangingness which permeates it all. yoga nidra: une brève introduction
Une technique méditative simple, centrée sur le corps, pratiquée tout en se reposant confortablement. yoga nidra: being aware
Slowly, step by step, the practice explores the difference between being “aware of” the subtle sensations of body, breath, emotions and thoughts that is, being an observer or a witness vs. pure sensing or pure experiencing, in the absence of a witness.
yoga nidra: moving between perception and perceiving
This practice centres around an inquiry into the 6 senses (including the mind), alternating between that which is perceived, our response to it, and global perceiving. Note that the recordings are made using the Zoom platform. Due to that, there are occasional sound distortions. Nothing too distracting, hopefully.
yoga nidra: a brief inquiry into being human
During this 20-minute practice, we get to know our human experience from the densest and most apparent aspect, our physical body, through progressively subtler layers; simply meeting what is present from moment-to-moment.
