yoga nidra: the ‘everythingness’ of now

The totality, by definition, cannot be whole unless it includes everything. Yet as humans, we have preferences for some of those “things” over others. Our preferences can elicit much suffering. The recording begins with a short talk that follows an unrecorded conversation during which the class participants voiced a range of strong emotions arising in their lives in response to various current events.

Note there is a connectivity issue near the beginning during which the sound quality is warbly for a moment. If you wish to listen to the practice only, it starts at about 11 minutes.
