coming home: 36 hours of silent retreat

Practice and connect through shared silence and presence.
Open to anyone wishing to deepen their meditative practice in community.

Retreatants will:
Attend 6 Zoom sessions (approximately 1-hour in length, except for the opening and closing sessions).
Engage in dialogue, guided breathing and body sensing practices, quiet sitting and inquiry.
Keep silence for 36 hours between Zoom sessions (abstaining from email, news, social media, and unnecessary communication).
